All pieces are designed and created by me with love and care. I do not purchase pre-made designs which means everything can be customized. And the “Possibilities are Endless!”
What is your return or exchange policy?
Any items that are custom designed will be final sale and non-refundable. However, I always want my customers to be over the moon about their purchases. If for some reason you are unhappy with your items please let me know within 48 hours of receipt and we can discuss options.
What is the appropriate size for my apparel order?
Size charts are listed on the website but can also be provided upon request. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact me directly with your sizing questions. But please note that all size decisions are ultimately made by the purchaser and size discrepancies do not qualify for refund or return.
What is the best way to wash and care for my apparel?
To keep your item vibrant and like new, machine was on cold with the item turned inside out. Tumble dry on low. Do not use bleach or use fabric softeners. Do not iron directly on design, turn the item inside out if ironing is required.
What is the best way to care for drinkware/water bottles?
Most items are dishwasher safe, however the design may not withstand the heat/steam of the dishwasher. For best results, hand wash only.
